These appointments last an average of 30 minutes with the doctor without the hassles of ATLANTA traffic, waiting rooms, and wasted time.

Family, group, and corporate rates available.

Dr. Holmes operates on a direct pay model. She does not bill insurance. At the time of the appointment, she is paid directly; however, she will provide you with an email receipt that you can submit to either your insurance company, FSA, or HSA for reimbursement. The benefit to you is that you get the reimbursement directly to you based on your policy. She does not guarantee nor does she assist in the process of attempting reimbursement.
